Recruitment

We are seeking to fill three vacancies for GRADUATE ENGINEERS.

The engineers will report to the Engineering Director and will be responsible for deriving practical engineering solutions to fluid flow problems for a wide range of projects, at home and worldwide.

Duties will include examination of the designs of pipeline systems, assessment of hydraulic problems, preparation of mathematical models for computer simulations, interpretation of results and the recommendation of engineering solutions in report form.

One of the three vacancies will include on-site pressure/flow monitoring with pipeline hydraulics diagnostics.

Applicants should have a degree in Civil/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or a similar related discipline. The ability to communicate well and be self-motivated is important as the successful graduates will be required to lead projects from conception to final design.  Specialist training in pipeline hydraulics will be given but the candidates should ideally have undertaken fluid mechanics modules as part of their degree. Some experience in mathematical modelling would be advantageous.

A competitive salary is offered plus pension, private health scheme and other benefits.
