Hydraulic Analysis Limited is a specialist company staffed by skilled engineers, with dedicated in-house computing facilities. Founded in 1969, the company has completed hydraulic studies for many hundreds of clients in the oil, petrochemical and water industries throughout the United Kingdom and worldwide.
The company utilises the same software as developed and maintained by our subsidiary company - Simulation Software Limited.
Specialist Hydraulic simulators are used by experienced in-house engineers to determine the effects of unsteady flow of liquids and gases in transmission pipelines and piped networks. Operational and control problems are identified and proposed solutions are verified.
Unsteady flow in open channels is studied using similar computer simulation techniques, typically for storm water systems, land drainage and irrigation networks.
A continuous programme of research and development is pursued by Hydraulic Analysis and Simulation Software to ensure that the highest standards of engineering and advanced technology are maintained.
